Hello,

First of all you have to control your stress and anxiety levels because the symptoms which you are experiencing are all because of your stress. As your TMT was negative which means the possibility of having any cardiac issue is almost nil.

Also I would like to tell you that going through repeated Angiography is not at all good for the health of your kidneys because the dyes used have adverse effects on renal function. But if you don’t control your stress and keep on complaining about chest discomfort then your treating doctor won’t have any other option rather than to go for an angiography.

I would like to suggest you to start doing some yoga and meditation daily as it will help you combat your stress and anxiety. If that doesn’t work then take the help of a psychologist.

I hope this information will guide you properly and will relieve your concern.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

TMT is also a brisk walk test and you said it was negative which means that there is no significant coronary artery ischemia that can happen.

However as you already have Coronary artery disease and a stent in place some degree of ischemia can do occur which cause you that discomfort. Don’t worry this can be handled medically.

I would like to know what all medicines you are currently taking so that I can suggest you if there’s a need to add any other medicine.

Hi,

Along with all these medications I would like to suggest you to discuss with your doctor regarding the option of starting some antianginal medicine like Angiplat twice daily.

As it’s a prescription drug so your treating doctor had to prescribe it in written to get it from a medical store.

Hope to have been helpful.
