i had two stents in March 2014, the cardiologist proscribed Metoprolol 25 mg. which i have been taking. I have experience fatigue and some depression and am considering switching to a different beta blocker if there is one that is known to have less of these side effects, therefore my question. Thanks
i take metoprolol and have had fatigue and depression which beta blocker has the least of these side effects

Metoprolol is considered as best drug in patients with Coronary Artery Disease.
However, if you feel your depression and fatigue is due to Metoprolol, discuss with your doctor about switching it with Carvedilol.
In fact, Metoprolol and any beta blocker helps in reducing the anxiety.
