Question: I have just been given Vesicare, 5 mg. Should I take it in the AM or the PM? I also take a diuretic in the AM.

I often recommend that my clients take this drug in the AM. I would recommend same to you. However, it should be taken just once as prescribed by your physician. Vesicare can cause dry mouth, dry eyes, blur vision, and digestive upset. Be aware of these side effects so as not to panic in the event you suffer from some.
