Question: My left cheek is flushed and very warm. I've had a mild fever for the past 6 days, ranging from 100 to 104. My right cheek is not warm at all, only the left. Any idea on what's going on?

Brief answer...nothing to be worried about.
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I think There is no need to read into this very much.
This can be possible in two conditions.
1st....If a person is in the habit of sleeping from the same side.
2nd....Sometimes a viral fever can result in such symptoms temporarily, which would become normal ,once the fever is gone.
There is a disease entity called as slapped cheek disease where only one cheek is warm and red but there is a rash there. This is also a type of viral disease which become all right of its own.Since you are not having ny rash on the concerned cheek,I am ruling it out.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query,
Best of luck
Thanks
