If we consider sinus medicines then a numer of medicines especially antihistaminic drugs have risk to lower seizure threshold.

Antihistaminics like Cyproheptadine, Chlorpheniramine, Promethagine, Pheniramine, Cetrizine etc are known to have seizure risk.

Pseudoephidrine commonly used in sinus also has risk of lowering seizure potential.

Drugs like Astimazole, newer Antihistaminics like levocetrizine have relatively lower risk.

If we consider antibiotics then risk is high with antibiotics of penicillins group (amoxicillin, ampicillin etc), cephalosporins, Fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin etc).

These are common medicines used in sinus problems, if you want to know about specific medicines you can ask again in follow up.
