Brief Answer:
I have tried to give the options since its not clear exactly what you need

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
Its called truncal obesity
Its usually common in Diabetics (Type 2)
The fat may cause high blood pressures and together with diabetes its called Metabolic syndrome or syndrome X.
Excess fat is also associated with Dyslipidemia.

Conditions like Cushings disease, lipoma should be ruled out.
It may also be normal for you if your body structure is mesomorphic or macrosplanchnic.
(Macrosplanchnic – large upper body and short limbs, Mesomorphy – broad shoulders and chest, arms and legs usually muscled or fatty).

I hope that helps
Best of luck
