Brief Answer:
present goal acc to guidelines is less than 140/90

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The guidelines in the US are the JNC guidelines.

The most recent ones are the JNC 8 guidelines.

According to these guidelines, for persons under the age of 60, the goal is a blood pressure of less than 140/90.
If you have diabetes or kidney disease then the goal is the same, it used to be less than 130/80 in the previous guideline but was increased by the panel of doctors.

This means that at age 59, your blood pressure goal is less than 140/90 though the closer it is to normal the better.
Your reading range is good
