Brief Answer:
Apply antifungal agent

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thanks for the pictures

You seem to have developed a mild fungal infection over the area called candida .
keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the affected area twice daily .
The redness and the whitish discharge will settle with ten days of continued treatment.

Thanks!

hi doctor I would need your help on this again, I had protected sex with a prostitute a few days ago. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to the condom that it started to itch at the pubic hair area and balls. As I read from Internet, some say that it might be a allergic or irritation because it is unhygienic or worse herpes.. It's about 3 days from now. It started itching today. The itch is on and off. Please help, thank you doctor!!

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection all over

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Herpes surely does not present with itching ,so you need not worry about herpes.
According to me ,the itching is probably due to the same reason which is the fungal infection .Usually such infections involve the whole groin region together . So I would advise you to apply clotrimazole cream over the whole area twice daily for ten days .
You can follow up with the latest pictures in case the itching or the redness tends to persist.

Brief Answer:
Transmission can occur if open ulcers present

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Condom does provide some protection against transmission of std's but the protection is not 100 percent perfect .
Since there is contact of the pubic region as well ,so if your partner has any active lesions or sores in that area ,one might acquire the infection .But this transmission can occur only if the infected partner has active or open sores oozing fluid .
Herpes presents with intense pain along with development of fluid filled blisters which are clustered together over the infected area . So if you develop any such symptoms or lesions ,see a nearby dermatologist soon ,else don't worry .
