Brief Answer:
Autoimmune disease involving liver

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Anti smooth muscle antibody is autoimmune disease indicator that likely involves liver. Autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, hepatitis b and c, primary sclerosing cholangitis are some of the conditions in which it may show up.
immunoglobulin levels, antinuclear antibody, anti–liver kidney microsomal antibody (anti-LKM), and liver cytosol antibody type 1 (anti-LC1) etc are a few other antibody titre tests that will be done to confirm the etiology and then treat accordingly.

Just talk to a rheumatologist or a hepatologist and they will take care of it. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
