Brief Answer:
Can be adjusted according to blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
See dosage of any anti hypertensive drug varies from person to person as everyone responds differently.
Losartan is started with dose of 25-50 mg per day and then adjusted according to blood pressure.
Many a times Losartan can cause reflex or postural drop in BP initially that goes away with time. This is noted many times with the first dosecalso known as "First dose effect".

I would be able to help you better with following details:
1. What were your previous BP readings when you were on Lisinopril and what are your current BP readings?
2. What is your pulse rate?
3. How are your lipid profile, ECG and Kidney function tests?
4. Any history of diabetes?
5. Any diminution of vision?

Revert with these answers and also mention if you take any other medicines.
Stay Healthy.
