Brief Answer:
Urine test reports showing infection....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the urine test report you are providing, and I can say that it goes for urine infection. A course with antibiotics is needed to treat this infection. I believe you are also having difficulties while urinating or burning sensation. Once infection will be properly treated, the symptoms and your next urine test will get improved.

What concerns me is the high red blood cells levels. It might be due to :
- infection
- prostate problems
You are reporting to be 72 years old, therefore, at this age, prostate is physiologically enlarged and would give problems, that are reported with high blood cells in urine.

I also recommend to run :
- abdominal ultrasound
- blood PSA
- digital examination of prostate by your urologist

in order to exclude prostate problems.

Hope it helped! Let me know if you have further queries!
