Brief Answer:
Read detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that routine urine test of your wife has revealed presence of epithelial cells .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does she have any urinary complains like frequency for urination ,burning urination ,urgency etc?
2) Does she have pain or discomfort in lower abdomen?

The presence of epithelial cells in urine suggests shedding off of epithelial lining of mucosa of bladder which is mainly due to irritation of mucus membrane of bladder due to infection .

Please get her urine culture done to trace out organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to .

In the meanwhile she can take antibiotics like Norfloxacin along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily .

Ensure she drinks more water so as to keep her urine dilute .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Needs to get checked by qualified Gynecologist .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback .
White vaginal discharge since 6 months suggest chronic vaginal infection (Vaginitis)or Cervicitis.

The presence of epithelial cells in urine is due to part of pelvic infection secondary to Vaginitis or Cervicitis .

She needs to consult qualified Gynecologist for clinical and per speculum examination and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
1) Swab tests and culture of vaginal discharge

She needs to clean her vagina with microbial solution Betadine twice daily and take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report .

Further investigations if required will be decided by her Gynecologist based on clinical findings and results of test .

Thanks and Regards.
