Brief Answer:
STD reports to confirm.Nocturnal emissions stop spontaneously.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
Well, i do understand your concern. As an Urologist, let me advise you that an urine culture test should be done to confirm the diagnosis of urinary infection.
Also, as there are various types of STD's, kindly let me know the type of STD, you're having. Did your blood tests for VDRL, HIV, HbsAg come as positive.
Were any other tests, like a pus or urethral swab test and blood liver function test done. If so, kindly let me know all the reports, to give you an expert opinion.
As for nocturnal semen emissions, you don't worry at all. They generally stop on their own. Exercise regularly and drink 10-12 glasses of liquids daily.
Avoid intercourse without using a condom. Feel free to contact me anytime.
Wish you well.
