Question: hi Doctor,

Please find attached my first scan report.
My LMP was 15th August & i have a history of irrregular periods.
Please let me know if the report looks ok to you. Also, please suggest if there are any precautions to be taken as 2 years back, i had a miscarriage at 19 weeks.

The baby is having a hearbeat.
Right now, you should take folic acid 5 mg per day, and also progesterone hormonal support since you had a previous miscarriage.
Could you arrive at a reason for the miscarriage ?
Take adequate rest, avoid travelling.
Avoid stress, anxiety, late nights, heavy , oily, spicy food and avoid eating outside.
Take lots of fluids and stay relaxed.
Am sure everything will turn out to be just fine this time !
