Question: Hi doctor, I had consulted our gynaecologist after my semen analysis , and according to her I am fine. But , I had some fears in my mind due to the liquefaction count described as above 1 hour . My actively motile sperms are 40% , sluggishly motile - 30%. Per 3 ml of semen volume , my sperm count is 60 million . Seeing my concern, the gynaecologist had referred me to an urologist.

I consulted the urologist today, and he checked my testis for verifying any verified veins . According to him , I am clinically alright . he has written for a Doppler test of testis and I need to do that in a few days. He has prescribed me Quantus capsules for 30 days, 1 each day .

While surfing the internet , I am not able to pick up relevance of this tablet for increasing g the motility . the urologist had suggested me that if I improve the active sperms to 50% , that would be great and that this medicine will help. Could you please help me out here by explaining how this medicine helps,and also can you please explain whether I will be increasing my number of swimmers.
