Question: I did semen result after i stoped 40 hour from sexual Intercours. I did fast ejaculation manually and this first semen analysis for me
I want clear and full explain about every one from appearance till RBC which normal and which not normal and what the reason for that.

After one hour motile: 60%

Normal spermatzoa: 48%
Abnormal head: 24%
Abnormal body: 05%
Abnormal tail: 23%
RBC: 1_2
Bus cell: 2_3
Others : NILL

The volume is lower than normal, normal is 2.5 to 5.5. A low volume may sometimes mean that the areas that produce the semen may not be making enough or there may be a blockage somewhere.
It is also possible that since it was on 40 hours that this may be reason for the decrease
In some cases, this is temporary.
The sperm count is very good at 96 mil, the motility (movement) and morphology (appearance) are also very good.
Liquefaction and ph are also okay as well
A few pus cells are okay but excess may indicate an infection is present.us cells may indicate an infection and less than 1 is usually normal.
The increase is only slight, your doctor may choose to use antibiotics.
The very small amount of red blood cells is also not likely significant.
