Left peritoneal spill means left fallopian tube is open. This is normal report.

What about right fallopian tube? Spillage not seen?

Try for pregnancy when ovulation on left side

Hi,

Thanks for reports and additional information.

It is normal report as right tube is not patent as it is removed due to ectopic pregnancy.

You can keep trying for pregnancy when there is ovulation from right tube.

I advice you to undergo regular follicular monitoring to know egg release date so that you can try on those days.
