What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: Hi My child age about 31 months and had chest x-ray today and it says that "II defined opacity in right paracardiac region - ? Consolidation" can you please help me what it is?

1. Is there any fever?

2. Is there any fast breathing or respiratory distress?

3. How is he feeding?

4. Is there any family history of wheezing?
