Brief Answer:
Suggestive of viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Appreciate your concern for your mother.
The lymphocytosis and the blood picture are typical of an viral (? upper respiratory) infection.
If you are concerned about cancer, there is absolutely nothing suggestive of it.
So relax. You can repeat the CBC after 3 weeks and it is likely to be normal.
Best wishes and good health to both of you.

The reason why am worried here is that she didnt complain of viral fever in last 2 months. She had 2 mouth sores 2 to 3 days ago and she prickly rash all over her body. She had a sore throat 15 days ago.I read that other possible reasons behind
high lymphocyte count and reactive lymphocyte positive are leukemia and lymphoma which is why I am highly worried.

Brief Answer:
No suggestion of leukemia

Detailed Answer:
The sore throat and the sores are likely to be due to viral infection. It is not necessary to have fever.
There is no suggestion of leukemia on the blood film. Just wait a while and repeat the CBC. I expect it to be normal and help rid of your worst fears.
