What Does This Biopsy Report Indicate?

Question: Thank you - I have a basel cell carcinoma and the biopsy is a keratotic basel cell, "morpheaform and infiltrative type, present at the biopsy margins" ... is that serious?

It is not very serious but it means that the margin of the tissue removed has basal cell carcinoma.
You need to consult a doctor and go for another surgery where some more skin around the margin of previous cancer is excised so as to completely eliminate the chance of recurrence.
