Hi, Dr. Thanks for your reply,

I am having cough from 1 week now and headache as well, i am not able to over come from these, not using any medicine, also suggest with some good food diet for me which helps baby.

Hi again

Avoid spicy, sour and cold eatables as much as possible.
Warm saline gargles at least three times a day which will relieve you of cough soon.
For headache take tablet paracetamol as and when required but it is not a good sign so better get yourself examined by a gynecologist and see if you have any increased blood pressure records or any such problem which needs active intervention.
