What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?
Question: Hi I am a physician non smoker dry fought for a month travelled overseas my X-ray shows coarsened broncho vascular markings no other abnormalities or focal lesions

I can understand your concern
In my opinion if the chest X Ray findings are new for you (i mean you didn't have them before ) than i would recommend you to do a hemogram and a CRP test.
If they come positive than you should start antibiotics like Claricide orally twice for one week.
If they are negative than this cough might be from hypersensitivity from any allergic agents and in this case inhalers with corticosteroids are indicated like Budesonide twice inhaler for one month.
Another cause might be GERD too and for this you can take Omeprazol once orally.
