Hot Spots Throughout Body, Itching. Taken Clomids, Trying To Conceive. What Could Be This?

I have been on Chlomid a few weeks ago, i ovulated last tuesday; my husband & i had sex...since wednesday i get hot spots in various places all through the day &i they itch...does it have anything to do with this (hopefully side effect of pregnancy) or could it be something else like a drug side effect from my pharmacy changing my adipex?

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Above clinical features are most consistent with allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to Clomid (ovulation induction drug) or Adipex (appetite suppressant).

You need to consult with health care provider to take adequate treatment for the same. Cetirizine tab or anti-histamine lotion/cream is very much useful in eliminating this type of problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S Patra
