Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

SGOT and SGPTare reasonably sensitive indicators of liver damage or injury from different types of diseases or conditions. However, it must be emphasized that higher-than-normal levels of these liver enzymes should not be automatically equated with liver disease. They may mean liver problems or they may not. For example, elevations of these enzymes can occur with muscle damage.

As SGOT and SGPT both are raised it needs physical examination and correlation with symptoms to explain. Get back to me with her symptoms, any medications she is on?

Your sons levels are slightly raised , it needs to be correlated with symptoms and examination findings.
