Brief Answer:
Normal ECG in Sinus rythm.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Answers are-
1) Yes perfectly normal ECG.
The doctor has written sinus arrhythmia; but it's wrongly interpreted by your doctors. It's normal and in sinus rhythm. All QRS complexes are in same longitudinal line,P and T wave in each lead are in same line. It's normal sinus rhythm.
2) ECG is one of the baseline tests of cardiology. After age of 40 year, every person should go for stress test and 2d echo once in a year prophylactically. Combined together sensitivity of 2d echo and stress test to rule out coronary artery disease is 85%.
