Brief Answer:
Cause of increased SGPT should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests trace amount of sugar,so it is important to exclude diabetes mellitus. However, some people have normally trace amount of sugar in urine due to low glucose threshold.High carbohydrate diet and stress may also cause trace amount of sugar in urine.
You need clinical correlation and may need investigations like fasting and post prandial blood sugar.
Few pus cells and epithelial cells are normally found in urine.
DLC is normal.

Findings also suggests high SGPT and it may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.

You may need few more investigations like viral markers and ultrasound of abdomen.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

Serum globulin level is towards lower side.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
