Brief Answer:
Does she take alcohol?

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this out of range results especially for the liver and all the inconveniences this has caused you. I am not exactly sure what the cause is but the liver is clearly having some issues. The most common cause of such abnormal results is alcohol intake. If she takes alcohol, then we should ask her to stop an decontrol them. If she doesn’t, then she needs to see a gastroenterologist. This way, we shall properly look for other causes of similar abnormalities such as infections and medications. It is only after establishing the exact cause that a reasonable treatment plan can be adopted and executed to address this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
See has a liver problem and needs to see a Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for these details.

I have reviewed the attached reports. She has a live problem and this explains why the numbers are off the radar. Also, this is in line with findings of the ultrasound as well as the reports of ascites. At this time, she will benefit greatly from the services of a specialist(Hepatologist). I strong recommend she gets evaluated by one.

I hop ethos helps. Keep me updated with her progress. I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
See probably needs to be managed for portal hypertension!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed the attached endoscopy report. These findings suggest that he has obstruction of normal fluid flow through the liver and there is a build up. This is what has been seen in the stomach. This commonly defines a disease condition called portal hypertension and as such needs to be managed accordingly. Medications and maybe a stent would make a difference. At this time, this has to be fully established before treatment options are considered.

I wish you well and let me know if there are any more issues you want me to touch on.
