Question: coarse echotexture of liver no focal lesion CBD normal portal vein prominent -- to rule parenchymal liver disease..
spleenomegally with multiple collaterals.
gall bladder is moderately distented..
kidneys,pancreas,postate all normal
3 months i have taken treatment..
my tablets are udiliv,zincovit,liveril forte..
first my spleen was 19.5cm , recent report shows 16cm
bilirubin-1.9
albumin-4.5
globulin-2.5
sgot-27
sgpt-13
serum alkaline phosphate-59

please help me sir Is it controllable or it progress to liver cirrhosis coz just i am 25

Thank you sir,

I wont smoke or drink alcohol in my lifetime
Still now i didn't have any Bleeding from Gastrointestinal tract
Sometime i Feel Light Pain in my Spleen area.
No abdominal pain sir.
Hepatasis B,C,D all are negative

I am going to get married soon. So that only i have fear.
I want to know just it can be controlled lifelong by these medicines OR it progress to Cirrhosis OR already i am in a dangerous stage of liver disease.
please kindly reply me sir frankly.

Chances of cirrhosis can't be ruled out
In my opinion it can be controlled with medication and certain life style modifications as I advised you earlier.

You can get married and lead a good quality of life.
You should follow your doctor seriously with regular follow up visits and check ups.
