What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Semen analysis indicate sperm concentration 78million motility 80% morphology 80% however reprt shows 3 to4 pus cells isnit matter of concern

Thanks for your query,

Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted I would like to state that your semen analysis report is well within normal accepted range as per WHO standards as far as Sperm count,Sperm motility and Morphology of the sperm is concerned .

However presence of 3-4 pus cells suggests infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate which needs to be treated .

Please take antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily for one month and repeat Semen Analysis after completion of course of antibiotic.

Antibiotics for one month ? Won't it have side effect also so i assume from your answer there is no concern with my fertility and we can go ahead with pregnency process we got his done due no results of pregnancy from and we are tryinng for past 3 months, please suggest solution
