What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report After A Vasectomy Indicate?

Question: I had vasectomy twenty years back but recent analysis of semen shows 25 million, 10% active, 40% sluggish, 35% non motile, 05% headless, 05% tailless, Do I need to have vasectomy again or the earlier one can still prevent pregnancy. I don't need a child
