Brief Answer:
reviewed ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

The ultrasound dopplar report mentioned shows that one kidney is smaller than the other and both kidney are irregular outline and have some cysts.

this condition can occur in these common scenarios -

1. repeated urine infections - leading to early kidney disease
2. reflux nephropathy
3. decrease in blood supply to one of the kidneys- ( checked by dopplar )

But the interpretation of these ultrasound report findings will depend on following facts--

1. why was the ultrasound done in first place?
2. what is the urine routine report.
3. what is KFT report.
4 what is hemoglobin report.

Cyst can be either simple cysts or related to disease if any other family members also have kidney disease or cysts.

kindly get back with above reports. also you have mentioned no history of BP. please clarify history of BP in past or urine infections in past.

best wishes

Hi, sorry for delay , i was travelling,

The Blood pressure is high, now we need to see the urine routine report and KFT- kidney function test blood report. please get them done if not done till now and inform me. Without these reports it is not possible to narrow down the diagnosis.

treatment priorities are--

control BP below 130/80
Control uric acid with febuxostat
