Brief Answer:
You have benign findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

I have gone through your findings in detail.

There is a small cyst in pituitary gland. It is a benign condition.
Most common cyst in pituitary gland is Rathke’s cleft cyst (RCC).Other cysts in the pituitary include arachnoid cysts, epidermoid cysts etc.
Majority of cysts are small and asymptomatic .It is noticed incidentally or because of symptoms like headaches, visual deficits and pituitary hormone deficiency.
You only need follow up and need to be vigilant for any symptoms. If there is any problem then you should consult your neurosurgeon.

You also have few non specific white matter changes.T2 weighted or FLAIR hyperintensities in white matter of brain more than five in number is the cause of concern and need further follow up.
It may be related to ischemic changes resulting from involvement of small blood vessels.
Ischemic changes resulting from blood vessels changes in diseases like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia.
So,you need monitoring of conditions that leads to ischemic changes like hypertension, altered lipid profile, diabetes mellitus so that further progression of disease can be halted.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile.
It is good that lesions are stable.

You also have changes of sinusitis.
You may need symptomatic treatment and if you have allergy, you should avoid allergen. Inhalational steroids can be prescribed after evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question.

Is it possible for me to get MS
doctor
Answered by Dr. Indu Kumar (23 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
MS is unlikely in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

MS is unlikely in your case.It is because lesion are stable in nature means it is not progressed in size or number.Generally small white matter lesions are non specific or may be due to ischemic changes.
MS is associated with many neurological symptoms which should be correlated.MS lesions are present in typical areas of brain,so it is unlikely.
