Brief Answer:
TUBAL BLOCK

Detailed Answer:
Hi
GREETINGS
I can understand your situation.
The best way to go ahead is to get a diagnostic laproscopy.
Proximal tubal blocks can be corrected at times by cannulation. Distal tubal block will be difficult to correct and IVF will be the only choice.
The reason is ovum is picked up by the tube via fimbriae and fertilisation happens in the mid part of tube.. when it is blocked natural pregnancy is unlikely.
Hope my answer helps you.

Thanks Doctor for your answer.

However i would like to know if there is any kind of medicines or natural ways to open up the blocked tubes.

Will the laparoscopy surgery helps to open the blocked fimbrea ? or only ivf should do. as i am just married in 18 months before. so thinking if i should go for ivf now itself or will this problem get cured automaticaly if we wait for some more months/years

also would like to know what cause the blockage in my tube ? and do i need to change anything in my food habits for this problem.

pls help me if there is any other way to solve this problem.

Brief Answer:
tubal block

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I feel you should consult an experianced gynaec lap surgeon and get a diagnostic laparoscopy. During that time they will inject a dilute XXXXXXX from below to see the patency of tube.(chromo pertubation )
If there is a block and which can be corrected they can do it at the same sitting.
If it cannot be corrected, you should go ahead with IVF at the earliest.
I don't think there will be any use in waiting with blocked tubes.

Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hi
If it is due to some acute infections , treating infection might help .
Is there any history of tuberculosis.?
No medicines available to open up closed tubes as far as I know.
As suggested consult an experienced gynaec lap surgeon.
