Sounds like this is pain from chest wall muscles / spasm from stress, posture and so on

Characteristics of the pain leads to diagnosis – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on. .. Pain from the lungs and coverings are related to breathing; from digestive system related to food, and so on… Heart problem is very unlikely at this age

Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations     
In the meantime, Over The Counter (OTC) Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) like Ibuprofen can help

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
Diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too
