Brief Answer:
MRI report is not clinically significant.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and MRI brain findings.

In a person with left sided weakness, we expect a problem on the right side of brain. However, in your case, the abnormality has been found on the left side itself. So, this finding is not sufficient to explain your current left-sided weakness.

White matter hyperintensity in brain MRI also is most often due to ischemia (lack of blood flow to brain). As this lesion is small, it had not led to any right sided weakness.

Treatment would be with aspirin, statins and control of any risk factors such as high sugar, BP or cholesterol.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
