Brief Answer:
Following additional information required first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

I have gone through the photo you provided and I admit the quality is not that good to let me distinguish if there are some blisters (fluid-filled bumps)?
Can you tell if:
- there any blister? wheal?
- do you feel them itchy? painful?
- have you used any new deodorant or detergent recently?
- any outdoor activities during these days?

All these additional info will help me assist you better.

For the moment, I can tell that it seems like contact dermatitis (skin allergy when in contact with an external allergen like: dust? pollen? chemicals? insects? plants?

I advise to:
- keep the area well clean
- apply calamine lotion and a medium-strength steroid cream like bethametasone

Looking forward to have the requested additional information in.

Brief Answer:
As the rash appeared in the morning(rapid onset),I'm still thinking allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested information.

You say that some are blisters and some of the spots are seep blood (this is what I've mentioned as wheal).

From what you are reporting, and as the rash appeared overnight (you woke up with that), I'm still thinking of possible allergy attack.

I'd suggest to add anti-histamine med (e.g. Benadryl) orally and to apply calamine lotion and bethametasone cream locally.

If still no improvement or if the rash will get worse, should consult with dermatologist as soon as possible as prescription meds might require and further tests.

Wish fast recovery.
