Start him on Cefixime

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The report is positive for Typhoid. So if the child is symptomatic, I would recommend you to start him on cefixime (200 mg) twice daily for next 10 days for complete treatment. If you feel that the child is completely asymptomatic, then repeat the same test along with CBC(Complete blood counts). You may post the reports for my reference.

Also, give him diet rich in carbohydrates and proteins with lots of fluids. Acetaminophen can be given for fever spikes more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
