All your other labs like metanephrines, normetanephrines, dopamine, epinephrine nir epinephrine are all in reference range and your doctor suspecting you for pheochromocytoma diagnosis is out of the box and not possible.

Nutshell this 24 hour urine sample is perfectly normal and should be correlated clinically for the cause and symptoms.

Epinephrine reference range is very small from 0 to 20 microgram only in 24 hours and due to its short half life and conversion to other metabolites , the deduction is mostly not possible in normal cases. Regarding dopamine, i want you to know that it is in normal range and not high or relatively high.
