Brief Answer:
Normal Urine analysis report

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Average 24 hour creatinine is 20-25 mg per kg per 24 hours making it 1575 mg or 1.5 gm per day but provided old age and declining GFR with age, your creat values can be attributed to that. All your other labs like metanephrines, normetanephrines, dopamine, epinephrine nir epinephrine are all in reference range and your doctor suspecting you for pheochromocytoma diagnosis is out of the box and not possible.

Nutshell this 24 hour urine sample is perfectly normal and should be correlated clinically for the cause and symptoms.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

THANK YOU, DOCTOR
WHAT COULD BE THE REASON THAT EPINEPHRIN IS NOT DETECTABLE WHILE NOREPINEPHRIN NORMAL?
WHAT THE EXPLANATION FOR THE RELATIVELY HIGH DOPAMINE?
THANK YOU

Brief Answer:
Normal

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back

Epinephrine reference range is very small from 0 to 20 microgram only in 24 hours and due to its short half life and conversion to other metabolites , the deduction is mostly not possible in normal cases. Regarding dopamine, i want you to know that it is in normal range and not high or relatively high.

I hope it helps.
