Brief Answer:
Full report of upper endoscopy is required...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Before running into final conclusions, I need to have the full report of the upper endoscopy you did.

Anyway, from what you are describing, it seems that the salmon colored mucosa is suggestive for possible :
- GERD/acid reflux
- Barret's esophagitis.

The evaluation of risk is when it comes to Barret's esophagatis. This is because, this type of esophagitis is causing slow alterations of esophagus mucosa that would lead to cancer.

Looking forward to have the full report in!
