Brief Answer:
Bleeding is not related to bicornuate uterus

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I read your query and I understand your concerns about bleeding after abortion.

Following is my reply:

1) This bleeding after termination of pregnancy is not due to bicornuate uterus. It is possibly related to some retained parts of fetus.

2) You dont need to go for surgery right away.

3) Get hysteroscopy done to evaluate uterine cavity if it is adequate or not. If adequate for baby growth, you dont need surgery.

I hope I answered your query. I will be available for any follow up query you have.

Brief Answer:
Only hysteroscopy needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You dont need any test as we need to check if uterine cavity is adequate or not.

Hence hysteroscopy is first and essential test required.
