Brief Answer:
Positive ATPO and ATG may indicate autoimmune thyroiditis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests positive anti-TPO(Thyroid peroxidase) and ATG(Anti thyroglobulin antibody). These are generally positive in autoimmune thyroiditis like hashimoto’s thyroiditis. These antibodies may appear after thyroid gland inflammation or injury.
Initially thyroid profile may be normal or sub clinically low but with passage of time, hypothyroidism generally develops. So,you have been rightly prescribed thyroid supplementation.
You should take thyronorm tablets daily as prescribed.
Ultrasound of thyroid glands can also be done after evaluation.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
