Question: My active ams is 5%, sluggishly SMS 5%, dead NMS 90%, epithelial cells 0-1, pus cells 4-6/hpf. Pls suggest us which medicine is used for increase the sperm count

Viscosity: Viscous
Reaction: Alkaline

2. Microscopic Examination
Total Count: 66.0 Million/ML
Active ( AMS): 05%
Sluggishly (SMS): 05%
Dead (NMS): 90%
Epithelial Cells: 0-1 /hpf
Pus Cells: 4-6 /hpf

Please suggest us which XXXXXXX allophethic medicine to use increase sperm count and active AMS will

Hi,

Your sperm count is excellent.

Your motility report seems to be wrong as it shows very low motility. I suggest you repeat semen analysis in another standard laboratory in your town before going ahead with medicines.

I think your second report is likely to be normal. Get semen analysis done after atleast 3 days of abstinence.

Let me know the repeat semen analysis to assess if you need any medicines.
