Brief Answer:
Repeat semen analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Doing semen analysis from a single laboratory is not of much concern. You need to confirm if this report is true.

Hence please repeat semen analysis in another standard laboratory in your town. You can plan for ICSI after confirmation of semen analysis from another standard laboratory.

Ask them what are defects seen and percentage of each defect.

Regards

Brief Answer:
High FSH means less sperms

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

High levels of hormones like FSH mean that there is some degree of testicular failure. This testicular failure leads to less or no sperms and high FSH.

There is no way to cure this.

Brief Answer:
Please let me know if you need clarification

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry to know you have not been satisfied. Please let me know in detail what you wish to know so that I can help you out.

Primary role of FSH hormone is to maintain the sperm production from testes. If testes is small or some part is not functioning, this leads to high FSH and also low sperm count.

Let me know if you need any other clarification.
