Question: Sir,My wife aged 30 yrs is suffering from pcos and we had a child of 5 years old and we are trying for second child.We both are non diabetic and have done all tests and her values are: serum FSH:6.69,LSH:14.92,Prolactin:13.17 and AMH: 18.80.My doctor suggested ovares plus tablets, caberlin 0.5 mg, consevel tablets.sir i want to know what for these tablets are exactly used and are there any side effects?For my self aged 35 yrs also semen analysis and scortum doppler done and the reports are:Count:80 million/ml,Motility: 70% active, Mophology: head pin:70%, head round:20%, head oval: 10% and my doppler report says GR-1 bilateral varicocele.Sir i want to whether this is normal or not? If not suggest me.MY doctor suggested me the following tablets:1) Progenix, 2)Benq 10, 3)Maxoza-L XXXXXXX In what way these are useful for me?

Sir,Thanks for the answer.My wife has irregular periods even before the first pregnancy.we consult a doctor at our home town and he scanned my wife and diagnosed as mutiple follicles IN BOTH OVARIES and suggested LETROZ TABLET.In the same month itself, she was conceived in the year 2009 and given birth to baby girl.
But for the 2nd child we have been trying from 2012 on wards.I observed complete absence of periods for my wife since after 1st child birth.We consulted the same doctor but this time the problem has aggravated and was seen small cysts in both ovaries during the scan(PCOS).My doctor tried for few months with clomipene citrate tablets.And the he started giving injections (gonodotropins) (FOLISURGE 75) followed by hcg shot during starting of every cycle for few days and done follicular study for almost 6 cycles.It is observed that out of 6 cycles, we got dominant follicule size(18 mm to 20 mm) for only 2 cycles and for remaining cycles required follicule size is not coming.Even during the above 2 cycles also she was not conceived.After that we took a break for 3 months and again we visited the same doctor and now he suggested ovarian drilling by laproscopy and he did it.Even after the surgery also no positive result for us and during the surgery they found that tubes are also normal.After he want us to try for 3 more cycles with injections but we fear of taking injections for more cycles as it has side effects.And now we recently went to the doctor in the XXXXXXX and he suggested us as per the above question and he wanted to do endometrial biopsy on the 1st day of next cycle and in the mean time he suggested above said medicines to both of us..This is our brief history sir.Now my questions are
1) How many XXXXXXX cycles can we try with gonodotropins injections and is it safe to do for anymore cycles as already we tried for 6 cycles?
2) What exactly for endometrial biopsy was done and what is the use?
3) What is normal morphology exact values sir as my doctor in the XXXXXXX told that my morphology has to be improved?
4) After taking ovares plus tablets my wife has vomiting sensation sir.Is it safe to take this as i have studied that it contradictory in PCOD patients?
5) pl suggest us if any sir?
