What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Dr, my wife has been trying to conceive for about a year.. We have been having unprotected sex but no luck yet.. I recently did semen analysis and readings are:

Volume: 3mls
Sperm Count: 58.9 million cells/ml
Morphology ---- Normal: 60% Abnormal: 40%
Motility ----
Fast Progressive: 30%
Slow Progressive: 20%
Non-progressive: 10%
Immotile: 40%
PH: 8.0
Pus Cell: 0-1
Liquefication: 40mins
Odour: Normal
Consistency: Viscous
Color: Grey Opalescent

My wife's tests also came out normal and she has been ovulating normally but I am worried why she isn't pregnant yet. Please kindly let me know if my semen analysis checked out. I will also appreciate a recommendation to boost our chances of conception

In respect to your questions..

(1) My wife is 5'8ft in height and 79kg in weight

(2) She has been on Puritans Pride Omega 3 fish oil (1000mg) and Nature's field Fertil Support Woman... I have not been on any medication really.

(3) She has not done (HSG), the doctor said it's an extreme measure provided she hasn't tried for over 10months then and I need to also show my semen analysis report before she can go ahead with HSG.

I will attach report of the test she has done...
I can't see anywhere to attach the test reports requested... Can you please provide an email I can forward it to?

I saw the attached reports. They are normal.

Keep trying for pregnancy. I think you will be successful in few more months if you keep trying.

Have sexual intercourse during middle of cycle. That is around 14th day in 28 day cycle.
