Brief Answer:
not perfectly normal and at the sametime I cannot say that it is very abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Your semen analysis is not perfectly normal and at the sametime I cannot say that it is very abnormal. It is borderline.

As PCOS is very much treatable, I suggest first to get your wife treated for that by a good Gynecologist. Then you can get treatment to improve your sperm count and try for natural pregnancy. If this is unsuccessful for couple of years, then you can opt for alternate methods.

Thanks!
