Brief Answer:
It is important to know that black spot is present in which organ.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

It is important to know that black spots are present in which organ means whether it is seen in ovaries or uterus etc.
Black spots in ovaries may be simple cyst.It is also important to know other findings like associated septa, wall character etc. These findings are important in assessing whether it is a simple or complex cyst.
If possible, please upload full report so that I can interpret in a better way.

I have been having upper right abdominal pain for several mos now and Doc cant seem to find problem. I have had mri, ultra sound, slow stomach emptying test, endoscopy, and bloodwork. My gallbladder was removed in 2005 so that is not the issue. The pain seems to worsen about 20 mins after I eat or drink something. Mri showed simple cysts on my liver but doc says not cause of pain, endoscopy showed small hiatal hernia and inflamed stomach lining also says not the cause of the pain. I am pretty healthy 44 year old woman, I eat well and am not overweight. It feels like something is being pressed up against my rib cage causing the pain. but I supposed if there were some sort of mass the ultra sound and MRI would have picked that up... please help... --Mary

I'm having pain behind right chest area, upper and mid right back and shoulder as well as liver area for 3wks. 3wks ago it began and I was also throwing up bile. I was diagnosed with biliary colic, put on tylenol and bentyl. It is happening after I eat or drink (non fatty) foods and also for no reason at all. I am 37, and 115 pounds, 5 feet 6 inches and eat mostly a vegan diet anyway. Was seen by a dr and they also did an ultrasound. It showed no stones, only a gallbladder polyp and a few simple cysts in my liver. The polyps and cysts were not there in 2009. I was told they were not causing this pain/problem. And now they aren't sure it is biliary colic because of the length this has been happening. What should my next step be since I am still not right? One dr suggested a HIDA scan, and another said wait it out since the HIDA has radiation. I had quite a few xrays this past yr for other causes not related. Do you think a small polyp or small cysts can cause pain?

Hi Doc, I am 30 mother of 2. I was diagnose with endometriosis 4 years ago, did laparoscopy to remove them and was fine. Now i am having pain again each month when having my period. I am thinking of trying to get pregnant, and am worried. My Last pelvic untrasound is as follows:

Normal uterus including endometrium. Both ovaries are well seen. The left ovary is normal. The right ovary is behind the uterine boday, with simple cyst of 1.5 cm (dominant follicular cyst). No free fluid in the Douglas pouch. My question is will i be able to have a good pregnancy?

Thank you :-)
