Brief Answer:
You have normal findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

I have gone through your reports in detail.
There is nothing to be worried.Liver function test(LFT) is absolutely normal. There are no signs of toxicity at present.

SGPT (marker of liver injury)level is within normal limit.
SGOT is non specific for liver. It is related to many organs. It is also normal.
It is good that bilirubin level is also normal.
Alkaline phosphatase is mildly raised. It is non specific for liver. It is produced by many other organs like bones etc.

Your symptoms like red eyes, red skin may be due to vasodilatation. It is commonly seen with alcohol intake.Increase of heart beat is also seen.Vomiting may be due to gastritis with alcohol intake.
You can take proton pump inhibitors.

I sincerely suggest you to avoid alcohol intake. You are young person and alcohol is not good for health at all.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
