Question: i want second opinion on this problem and i will attach reports related to this problem and guide me in more better way

I have gone through the attached EEG report which mentions about 'runs of frontal dominant epileptiform discharges'. This EEG report suggests that the patient may be having seizures. In case of clinical correlation, antiepileptic medicines may be started.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY SIR, CAN YOU SUGGEST SOME MEDICINES OR CAN I USE HOMOEOPATHY OR SHOULD I COUNTINUE THE LEVIPIL 500 MG TABLET FOR THREE YEARS AND IS THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS FOR THIS TABLET
