Question: I had some tests taken and a couple results were out of range my albumin/ liver is 3.7 and my triglycerides are 189 what does this mean and what do i need to do

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your albumin plasma levels are within the normal ranges.

While the triglycerides plasma levels are slightly elevated, but they could be considered borderline.

Coming to this point, I would just recommend reduce fatty food and sweets and take more food reach in omega 3 fatty acids like fish, fish oil, olive oil, walnuts, flax-seed, etc.. This will help lower your triglyceride level.
